Fedor Emelianenko vs Satoshi Ishii – Fight Video

Fedor Emelianenko vs Satoshi Ishii – Fight Video Review What’s up guys so as you know we all just watched Fedor beat the snot out of Sissy in dominating fashion at Dream New Years 2011. Fedor hit him with a right left right combo that flattened Ishii to the mat and caused the referee to jump in stopping the fight. shii looked nervous and jittery from the start. Emelianenko softened him with punches and kicks. Ishii failed to take down Emelianenko. Before the first round was over, Emelianenko knocked out his opponent with a series with stiff punches. Ishii, a decade younger than Emelianenko, won a judo gold metal in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Before that, he won the All-Japan Judo Championship. So Ishii has impressive credentials as a fighter. But perhaps more satisfying for Emelianenko fans, Ishii, like several other fighters who faced the Last Emperor, predicted he would win. He even said Emelianenko is a different fighter after his recent losses and has become more tentative. The results of the Fedor Emelianenko vs Satoshi Ishii had many long-time mixed martial arts (MMA) fans breathe a collective sigh of relief. Fedor the Last Emperor Emelianenko, who many MMA fan consider the best fighter of all time, crushed Ishii.

    Stfu title is misleading.

Well i would have liked to see that fight too, BUT Lesnar retired. Which I find hilarious. i always knew he was just a one trick pony, looking for his 15 minutes of fame. He honestly thought he could just stroll on into the UFC and dominate it forever, glad to see Overeem pound that ridiculous thought out of his head.

    * when i say your accusation i mean that keyboard warrior thing you said lol dont get me wrong.

  • SQAADi says:

Hey pal listen up, i am training at kickboxing for years so your accusation is quite false and plus as i said in that comment I dont agree w/ EVERYTHING Trevschan says! I respet every martial art and he might not have mma experience but he knows this sport very well for me.

haha wish it would be kung fu tht would be soo sick :P all those high kicks i would kill to see a flying kick KO.

  • pcjudosambo says:

Yes, I do see Judo being used more in the future. I also do agree with you 100% that in the future someone will utilize a martial art that’s not seen in MMA. We’ve seen it before. Before GSP, Siver, Machida, if you told someone that Karate would be used in MMA, you would be laughed out of the room and now, Karate or its elements are very important to many of the MMA fighters. I bet someone would adapt like Aikido or pure Kung-Fu, etc and take the MMA scene by storm.

  • jddii says:

so ur saying u think judo will become more relivent in mma? hmm i can see tht, but what i see the most is some new art form coming out of nowhere takin the scene in a uproar just like bjj in the first UFC’s.

  • pcjudosambo says:

It does get out shined by wrestling. But things are changing now, more and more people are now training Judo (e.g. GSP, Mir, Jon Jones) because wrestling is excellent BUT it’s too predicable IMO. The same old routine of single/double leg takedowns, sprawls, scrambles … too much of that. Modern Wrestlers are not active in sweeps, trips, throws (except a few) but judokas are. Also, remember, Judo has the same submission game as BJJ, chokes & arm locks are allowed and done in Judo.

  • jddii says:

true true i cant rly argue with u there i guess i mean judo is very effective in my opinion but i dont have much experience with it so not sure on the tech and wat not but im sure im familiar with the simple throws and trips. but i think it gets out shined by wrestling and bjj in mma.

  • pcjudosambo says:

because some of the things that were said were wrong and it gives others the wrong impression. Correcting someone’s mistake is always a good thing.

  • jddii says:

but wat i dont understand is why go out of ur way to right all of tht?

  • pcjudosambo says:

I simply corrected the person by letting him know that Judo is used for MMA by hundreds of MMA fighters and thousands more incorporate some elements of Judo in their game. He has every right to say anything he wants, same with me.

  • jddii says:

y not just move on if u dont like his opinion there is only a couple hundred views so if he is wrong it shouldnt make a impact on tht masses.

I am sorry, what knowledge? The guy actually said that Judo cannot be used unless you have a Gi. I mean, to any keyboard warrior he’s right. For someone (like me and thousands of others) who train in Judo or Sambo, this is completely laughable. This guy has 0 martial arts experience let alone MMA experience.

  • pcjudosambo says:

I am sorry but you’re a really uneducated (in MMA) to say Judo does not work in MMA but only a street fight. I bet you never even had real grappling training. Fedor is a Judo black belt & Sambo master, both use gi. Karo, Ronda, Jacare, Mir, Hettes, Gokor and 100 more guys with Judo backgrounds have easily adapted their Judo to no gi (MMA). BJJ is a Gi based martial art, but it was adapted to no gi and judo was as well, even Oleg Taktarov used no gi judo/sambo back in the early days.

  • Trevschan3 says:

nope definitely not. I call a spade a spade.

  • thnk4urself says:

cuz you keep calling him sissy, why else. I was hoping you weren’t actually saying that he’s a sissy, I thought you were better than that

  • Trevschan2 says:

for street fighting, not for mma. Why would you even ask me a question like that?

  • Trevschan3 says:

thanks a lot man. I have quite a few actually. Feel free to check out my other channels… trevschan2 and trevorharris881 you can find both of them link on this channels page. Much appreciated and thanks for watching. : )
